Cubanista reflects the days in Cayo, and gatherings with friends, after long sun drenched days, with favourite tunes setting the pace. With a cocktail menu curated to perfection especially for our hidden gem, come on a tropical tastebud journey with us. From Presidentes to our Montecristo, all cocktails have a story around Liliana and her big family!

Enjoy your arrival drink while youβre introduced to the theme of the night by one of the most experienced Mixologists in London.
In groups, you will step behind the bar, with our in-house PRO, who will then guide you and your friends through the cocktail making process. Throughout this 2 hour experience youβll taste 4 different types of cocktails related to the evenings theme, stopping for a Sushi Break half way through (included).
